Happy friday good people. Happy Independence day and Happy 4th of July to all our american friends. The 4th of July weekend is a perfect time to eat healthy foods, exercise, enjoy the outdoors and have fun in the sun. This weekend is also a busy weekend for sports I'm so looking forward to the World Cup quarter finals as well as the Wimbledon tennis men's and women's final.
